Dear residents,
During times of emergency, the Israeli public reveals its greatness as the percentage of volunteers is higher than ever. Emergency situations, in which a disaster may occur, bring with them anxiety and restlessness, but at the same time they create unity throughout the nation, and a feeling that all of us are part of of Israel, an expression of mutual guarantee and creation of high social resilience.

ידוע לי כי לא חלה עליי כל חובה חוקית למסירת המידע שפירטתי לעיל וכי אי מסירת המידע משמעותו כי לא אוכל להירשם בטופס המבוקש. מטרת מסירת המידע היא לצורך טיפול בפנייה לעירייה, ברישום לאירוע, לקול קורא, הצטרפות לקבוצה, שיתוף ציבור. כמו כן, ידוע לי שהמידע שפירטתי לעיל יימסר לרשות לטיפול, זאת בנוסף לקבלתו וחשיפתו בפני הגורמים הרלוונטיים בעיריית הרצליה. כמו כן המידע יישמר במאגרי המידע של עיריית הרצליה, בעלת מאגר המידע, מנהלת אגף דוברות והסברה. ידוע לי כי שמורה לי הזכות לבקש לעיין במידע, לבקש לתקן ו/או למחוק מידע שגוי לגביי באמצעות פנייה לדוא"ל dpo@herzliya.muni.il. בסימון תיבה זו אני מסכים/ה למסירת המידע על כל הכרוך בכך.
